Collaborative Whiteboard
Draw and collaborate in real-time with a shared canvas
How to use Collaborative Whiteboard
Draw locally or collaborate on a shared board with pen, eraser, shapes and text.
- Choose Create room to share the current board, or paste a room code or invitation link and select Join room.
- Draw together, copy the room code or link, and check the connected participant count. Undo affects your own actions; clearing the board can also be undone.
- Boards save on this device automatically. Use Open saved to reopen one, or export PDF or PNG with a white background.
What to check before using the result
Shared rooms are temporary. Connections can time out and server restarts clear live rooms. Use Rejoin room after a disconnect if the room is still available. If it has disappeared, create a new room from your saved board. Save or export a copy to keep your work.
Common questions
Where does Collaborative Whiteboard process my document?
Sharing and collaboration connect participants through the available rooms and peer connection. Only share documents and boards with the intended recipients.
Can I use Collaborative Whiteboard on my phone?
Open Collaborative Whiteboard in a modern mobile browser and use the same document controls. Large files and image-heavy documents can take longer on a phone; a desktop browser is useful when you need more screen space.
Is a CreatePDF account required?
No CreatePDF account is needed. Core PDF operations do not add a watermark. Download any output you need to retain.
