Split PDF by Size
Split into whole-page PDFs with measured file sizes and previews
How to use Split PDF by Size
Split a PDF into whole-page parts using measured output sizes, while retaining original text and image quality.
- Choose a PDF and enter the maximum size per file in KB or MB, or use a preset.
- Choose whether to flag oversized single pages or stop if every part must fit. Create the PDF parts.
- Review each part’s actual size, source page range and PDF preview. Download individual PDFs or all parts in a ZIP.
What to check before using the result
1 MB means 1,000,000 bytes. The limit applies to each PDF, not the ZIP. A single page may exceed it without compression; such pages are flagged or stop the operation according to your setting. If the source already fits, its original bytes are retained. External links and standard form fields are retained; internal links require their destination in the same part.
