How to use Crop & Resize PDF
Crop PDF page margins, resize pages, or combine both with an interactive page preview.
- Choose your PDF and select Crop, Resize or Crop & resize.
- Drag the crop corners or enter percentage margins. For resizing, choose A4, A3, Letter, Legal or custom dimensions, orientation, content fit and page margins. Apply to all pages, a range or the current page.
- Compare Crop area and Result, then download your PDF and review its exported preview.
What to check before using the result
Cropping hides content rather than securely deleting it. Resize preserves original PDF text, images and supported document features; supported annotation areas and internal destinations move with the content. Unselected pages retain their original layout. Fill can crop content that extends beyond the chosen output area.
